Reception:
This module mainly deals with
the doctor scheduling, patient
appointments. The reception
module also deals with the registration,
admission of the patients, enquiry
about the in-patients, the ward
appointed to the patient, the
bed no. of the patient etc.
Receptionist can send patients
to lab tests or procedures or
services. This module also deals
with in-patient and out-patient
billing.

Laboratory:
This enables the maintenance
of investigation requests by
the patient and generation of
test results for the various
available services, such as
Blood, sugar test, LFT, Thyroid
Test etc. Can also attach X-ray
and other scanned report.
4.
Ward Management and Patient
Care:
This module involve Patient
Ward Admission, Ward Transfer,
Drug Administration of In-patients,
Treatment Sheet maintenance,
Operation requisition, Lab test,
services, & procedures requisitions,
Discharge summary generation
and also IP –Billing.

Operation :
This module involve Operation
Scheduling, generation Post-operation
report,
Ward transfer and Operation
Charges.

Stock:
This Module controls procuring
and stocking of drugs, indenting
to various
department in the Hospital.
7.
Pharmacy:
The pharmacy deals with all
medical items. Features include
issuing of medicines to patients,
updating daily stock positions
etc. The issuing of medicine
is handled through FIFO (First
In First Out). It provides enquiry
screens for viewing daily stock
positions. Separate billing
for in and out patients.
8.
Accounts:
Details of amount collected
at various departments, Doctor's
collection, details of Amount
to be paid by various organization,
details of Amount to be paid
to Supplier.
