Use of the Downloaded Community
Software for Regular Commercial
Use is done at the sole risk
of users without any liabilities
to Zudha. Zudha provides paid
online support to partners and
registered end users.
The Open Source release intervals
are fixed for once in 6 months
for any updates to the software.
Registration to the specific
Product Users Community is non-refundable
and is to be made upon completely
being satisfied during the evaluation
phase of the binaries made available
at SourceForge.net where the
projects are hosted in the public
domain.
Zudha remains the final authority
on all matters related to Community
Products. Zudha reserves the
right to discontinue development
of any product at any point
of time without any liabilities
on itself in the event of any
unforeseen circumstances that
include but not limited to Natural
Calamities, Bankruptcy, M&A,
de-focus from verticals, etc.
However, the Open Source nature
of the products allow the community
to continue development at SourceForge
under such events. The initiative
is solely dependent on the proactive
response of the User Community
and therefore its success is
attributed to the efforts of
the Users themselves than to
Zudha.
REGISTRATION,
What, Why and How:
Registration as per the amount
specified against each product
entitles the registrant to join
the Product Users Community
and retain the membership for
2 (Two) years from the date
of completing the registration
and provides the benefits listed
herewith.
Registered users are entitled
to recieve one-way e-mail communications
such as announcements from Zudha
regarding intermediate or emergency
updates (apart from the 6 months
intervals) as and when they
take place for supporting users
who are live on the software
usage.
Registered users are provided
with download links or CDs for
any such intermediate or emergency
updates.
Registered users are entitled
for any other offers/benefits
that are allocated specifically
for their patronage to Zudha.
Registration by users aids
continuous improvement of the
products by community oriented
developers at Zudha to enable
affordable applications.
All registration related communication
must be done after sending the
payments in the form of Demand
Draft / Cheque in favour of
"Zudha Information Technology
Pvt Ltd" and sent to the
registered address of the Company
as specified at end of this
page.
SUPPORT,
What, Why and How:
Support enables "Registered
Users of Product" to seek
any clarifications on the products
through E-Mail and Telephone.
Support will be available for
the support purchased for specific
product as per the rates specified.
All support prices are exclusive
of applicable taxes as on the
date of invoice.
Support is primarily available
to understand the effective
usage of existing features of
any product and for seeking
installation, configuration
and initial hand holding for
getting started with the software.
Support also entitles the users
to get special attention on
any emergency updates which
may need careful migration of
data from older version to new
versions.
Support prices are specified
for a period of one year and
support contract provides the
benefits listed herewith as
per the Service Level Agreements
(SLAs) :
Maximum of 4 emails per month
for which appropriate replies
will be provided with a response
time of 1 working day (24 Hrs)
on weekdays and 3 working days
if the email is recieved on
Friday or any day preceding
a Holiday. E-mails sent to support
for reporting a bug or feature
request will not be counted
as support request.
Maximum of 4 days' telephonic
calls not exceeding 30 minutes
per day and not exceeding 3
times in a day for total of
30 minutes per day.
All payments to be made along
with details of product and
the description for payment
for eg. "Registration -
Medistore" or "Support
- Saukhya-Lite" All payments
in favour of "Zudha Information
Technology Pvt Ltd"
